NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Only items purchased directly from TESmart's website (tesmart .de) were purchased. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly for returns.
We will endeavor to provide you with a replacement product that is identical to the item purchased. However, TESmart reserves the right to provide you with a replacement product that is a product of a similar nature or an equivalent replacement product that may not be the same (subject to availability). If we are unable to supply you with the same product as a replacement, we will notify you immediately and ensure that you are happy with the replacement product. Customers are fully responsible for the shipping and handling fees for exchanges, as well as the cost difference of the products.
Exchanges processed within 4 business days after item received, then we will send you the tracking number.
CANCELATION OR MODIFICATION OF ORDERS
In order to ensure fast processing and shipping, an order cannot be canceled or modified after it has been shipped.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and documentation.
Goods not accepted for return: Include items purchased from retailers and damaged products due to customer mishandling.
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product as evidence in order to refund or replace the product.
Once the returned item arrives at TESmart's warehouse for inspection, begins the refund process. To start the return process, please contact our customer support team. Please provide the following information:
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the defective product (if applicable)
Full shipping address
Contact phone number
TESmart Customer Service will process the return within 2 business days of receipt of the application and provides information on the return warehouse according to your country.

Refunds will be completed within 10 business days of item receipt.
For defective products, TESmart will refund the cost of the product itself and the return shipping fee. In the case of non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer bears the shipping costs. TESmart reimburses the cost of the product itself.
Only partial refunds are given under certain circumstances:
- If an item is not in original condition, is damaged or parts are missing for reasons not attributable to our error
- If an item is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds
If you still haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account and make sure it's the same one used for the purchase.
Then contact your credit /debit card companies. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund is reflected in your account.
