This is how our trade-in process works
We deliberately keep the process simple and clear – in five steps:
1. Activate your TESmart ID
First, activate your TESmart ID so that we can manage your request and process the trade-in.
2. Submit product images
Please send us clear pictures of your old device for verification. Photos of the product, accessories, and packaging will help us to assess the device more accurately.
3. Confirm trade-in value
After the inspection, we will inform you of the estimated trade-in value. This way, you will know the expected value before you return the product.
4. Return the old product
Once you have confirmed the value, you can send the old device back to us for final inspection.
5. Receive credit or refund
After successful verification, you can either use the amount as Store credit or as refund You will receive – depending on your individual situation.
How we evaluate qualified devices
When determining the trade-in value, we consider four main factors:
