1. Order processing time

The order processing time refers to the period from the time of the order until the order is handed over to the shipping service provider.

• Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 working days after confirmation/payment.

• Orders placed on weekends may be subject to delays.

• Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during regular business hours (excluding public holidays). In such cases, we will make every effort to minimize shipping delays.

We have warehouses in Germany and other regions. Your order will be shipped directly from the nearest warehouse, depending on your delivery address. If the nearest warehouse does not have the product in stock, we will ship your order from another nearby warehouse to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.

Shipping to the United Kingdom 🇬🇧
To ensure smooth delivery and correct customs clearance, orders from the United Kingdom are processed through our US shop.
Orders to UK addresses cannot be shipped via our EU shop.

3. Order tracking

• After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (activated within 24 hours).
• Note: Delivery times may be extended during special promotions or holidays.
• Tracking updates may take 48-72 hours to appear.
• If you encounter any problems with shipment tracking, please contact us - we will resolve the issue within 24 hours.

4.Delayed shipments

For delayed orders, please send an email to service@tesmart.de We will immediately conduct an investigation with the shipping provider. Thank you for your understanding.

5. Order Cancellation

If you have already paid but the package has not yet been shipped, you can contact us immediately by email.n service@tesmart.de.com Contact us to cancel your order. We will cancel the shipment and issue a full refund. However, if the package has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can return the item within 30 days Please return the product upon receipt, provided it is in its original packaging (including all accessories). 6. Taxes & Customs duties

• In rare cases, your government may impose customs duties on your order that are not our responsibility; in this case, you will be liable for these charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over customs authorities in your country or any other country. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding customs duties, taxes, and fees.
