A: The new version HKE120-EH23 supports IGMP authentication. This allows the establishment of multiple TX connections to IGMP network switches, thereby achieving many-to-many connections and improving the stability of video output in such configurations.

Can the new version RX and the old version TX, or the new version TX and the old version RX, be mixed and used together?

A: Since the new version HKE120-EH23 supports IGMP authentication, but the old version does not, the new version RX cannot receive video signals from the old version TX, and likewise, the new version TX cannot transmit video signals to the old version RX. How do I distinguish between the new and old versions of my HKE120-EH23?

A: There is an anti-tear label near the screw hole of the product.
