Cancellation of order
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment has been completed and the package has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel your order before your item is delivered. We will then refund you in full.
Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped.

NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Only items purchased directly from the TESmart website (tesmart.de) were bought. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly to arrange returns.
REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE
We will endeavor to provide you with a replacement product that is identical to the item purchased. However, TESmart reserves the right to provide you with a replacement product that is a product of a similar nature or an equivalent replacement product that may not be the same (subject to availability). If we are unable to supply you with the same product as a replacement, we will notify you immediately and ensure that you are happy with the replacement product. Customers bear full responsibility for the shipping and handling charges for exchanges, as well as the cost difference of the products.
Exchanges processed within 4 business days after item received, then we will send you the tracking number.
CANCELLING OR MODIFICATION OF ORDERS
In order to ensure fast processing and shipping, an order cannot be canceled or modified after it has been shipped.
RETURNS
Returned items must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and documentation.
Goods not accepted for return: Include items purchased from retailers and damaged products due to customer mishandling.

TESmart Customer Service will process the return within 2 business days of receipt of the application and provides information on the return warehouse according to your country.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be completed within 10 business days of receiving the item.
Full refund
For defective products, TESmart will refund the cost of the product itself and the return shipping fee. In the case of non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer bears the shipping costs. TESmart will reimburse the cost of the product itself.
Partial refund
Only partial refunds are given under certain circumstances:
- If an item is not in original condition, is damaged or parts are missing for reasons not attributable to our error
- If an item is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds
If you still haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account and make sure it's the same one used for the purchase.
