1. Order processing time
The order processing time refers to the period from the time of the order until the order is handed over to the shipping service provider.
• Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 working days after confirmation/payment.
• Orders placed on weekends may be subject to delays.
• Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during regular business hours (excluding public holidays). In such cases, we will make every effort to minimize shipping delays.
We have warehouses in Germany and other regions. Your order will be shipped directly from the nearest warehouse, depending on your delivery address. If the nearest warehouse does not have the product in stock, we will ship your order from another nearby warehouse to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.

To ensure smooth delivery and correct customs clearance, orders from the United Kingdom are processed through our US shop.
Orders to UK addresses cannot be shipped via our EU shop.

The HKE10SS-E25 establishes a complete bidirectional communication channel, enabling seamless exchange of infrared commands and audio streams between user and source locations.
- Bidirectional IR passthrough:
Transmit IR signals in both directions. Use a single remote control at your desk to control a media player at the source, or use a remote control in the presentation area to operate the computer – all without a direct line of sight. - Dual-channel audio support:
Send high-fidelity audio from your computer to speakers on the display for an immersive experience. Simultaneously, audio from a remote microphone or input device can be routed back to the source for clear, two-way communication.
This integrated two-way system eliminates the physical limitations of distance and enables intelligent, interactive control solutions for conference rooms, home cinema systems and digital signage applications.
The HKE10SS-E25 enables complete out-of-band device management, giving you direct hardware control over connected devices from a remote location.
- Remote power supply control:
Direct integration with the motherboard's front panel header. Remotely power on, off, or restart the host computer – with a physical key press equivalent, regardless of the operating system status. Ideal for troubleshooting or headless systems. - Bidirectional RS232 passthrough:
Send and receive serial commands over the enhanced connection. Configure, monitor, and control legacy serial devices or professional equipment (such as projectors or display walls) remotely, as if you were locally connected.
This dual-control capability ensures total control over your setup from a single point and streamlines operations in control rooms, digital signage, and secure environments.

The HKE10SS-E25 optimizes your workspace by combining power, video, and data into a single cable connection while expanding connectivity for key peripherals.
- Single-sided power supply via Cat6:
The system is powered by a single power supply, which connects to either the transmitter or the receiver. This single-ended power design simplifies installation by eliminating the need for separate power connections at both ends, thus reducing cable clutter. - Two USB 2.0 host ports:
Connect and use two full-speed USB 2.0 devices simultaneously at the user station – such as a keyboard, mouse, printer, or security dongle. This provides reliable peripheral expansion without a separate USB hub.
By integrating power and signal transmission over a single Cat6 cable and direct USB extension, the extender enables a clean, professional and highly functional remote workplace setup.
The HKE10SS-E25 features integrated EDID management with user-selectable modes, which ensures an immediate and stable display connection by emulating a fixed, compatible resolution profile.
- Firm 4K@30Hz-Modus:
Manually enable this setting to emulate a stable UHD EDID profile that supports a maximum output of 3840×2160@30Hz erzwingt. Ideal for ensuring basic compatibility with 4K displays and avoiding connection problems. - Firm 1080P@60Hz-Modus:
Switch to this mode to emulate a standard Full HD EDID, which outputs at 1920×1080@60Hz begrIdeal for scenarios requiring a high refresh rate or guaranteed compatibility with older displays and capture cards.
These dedicated fixed EDID modes allow users to proactively avoid common problems such as black screens and resolution negotiation errors, thus ensuring plug-and-play reliability in multi-display and professional AV environments.
